The only reason why I gave it four stars was because the building is hard to find ,the signs aren’t written properly they explained it over the phone but because there’s no signs and numbers it’s very confusing.They need to update that cause I damn near walked to two different buildings before I found the correct building other than that on the first floor when you enter the building they need to have a sign there with a list of all the practices in the hospital and the room numbers cause it’s two floors first and second floor why don’t you list all the practices on the first floor list all the practices on the second floor cause oh my God it was confusing and the hospital should not be this confusing or a building with multiple doctor practices anyway…… at the fox chase practice ,it looked kid friendly in there and the receptionist were very nice and helpful ….my daughter she was being annoying, but they didn’t let it bother them. They spoke to her nicely, and I like that the nurse who looked after my daughter was good as well. I had no complaints as far as the service they provided. The service was definitely five stars to me, everyone was kind and nice and helpful, but they need to fix that situation with the signage in the building.

I have been taking my children to Fox Chase Pediatrics since they were babies (approx 14 yrs now). The staff is pleasant & has always been. We mostly see Dr. Caren K. for their visits. She is kind and answers any questions we may have. Check-in is always quick and easy. We don't have to wait long (maybe 60 seconds) and we're taken to a room to begin the visit. That is a huge plus. Making appointments is also easy. It's a clean, quiet office.

Fox Chase pediatrics is a great place to get care for your children. I always have a good experience. The doctors, front desk receptionist and medical assistants are kind and a wonderful team. They show how much they care and are very informative regarding my children's health concerns. Most of all there is never a long wait in the waiting room and I love that about this office!

The office staff and providers are always nice . I am able to come in same day or next day for sick visits. Dr. Flynn spoke directly to my 3 year old autistic daughter as if she understands him and that was truly heartwarming. Not many providers acknowledge ASD children directly . Dr. Flynn was great .

This doctor's office is absolutely wonderful. My first pediatrician was terrible and I went to Fox Chase off of a recommendation. I couldn't be happier. All the doctor's there are very helpful and informative. My son has a lot of ear issues and I call the office constantly. They never make me feel bad about it and are always willing to see my son. Everyone there is so friendly and very professional. I recommend this office to everyone with children.

Great Doctors and great staff. We have been going to the practice for 14 years and always feel like the doctors and staff listen to our concerns.

We have been so happy with Fox Chase Pediatrics over the past 3 and a half years that we have been using them. The office staff and Doctors are caring, helpful and very accommodating with scheduling appointments. They are available when we need them when our children are sick. We strongly recommend them!

We have trusted Fox Chase Peds with our daughter since she was born (11 years), remaining with them after moving out of state. The have always been extremely responsive,have taken our concerns seriously, and have partnered with us to ensure our daughters' health. We wouldn't go anywhere else!

Love this Dr office! I never have to wait long, which is great. The staff is very friendly and the doctors are amazing and very knowledgeable. They have always been able to tell us what's wrong in a timely manner.

Fox Chase Pediatrics is so wonderful. My daughters first pediatrician and staff was a terrible experience and we switched to Fox Chase off of a recommendation. Best decision for us!!We now have 2 children (almost 7) and a 3 year old. The front staff, the nurses and doctors are all very professional.They all are just welcoming and very easy to talk to. The doctors (especially Dr Flynn) are very patient, and talk directly to the kids! My son at just a few weeks old had some swallowing issues and they took great care of him and did their best to ease our minds while finding the correct steps to approach his future eating goals.We strongly recommend them! Start off your child’s pediatrics journey with them - you won’t regret it!!

23 years experience - you need to look no further than this review.We began going to this practice 23 years ago when we had our first child.Now with 7 children 👶 expertly cared for by Fox Chase Pediatrics, we are proud to share that we are still patients! We have confidently recommended many to go to FCP. They treat everyone well.I have never had a problem getting an appointment. Kids don’t always get sick from 9 to 5.I cannot tell you how wonderful it is that they maintain hours on the weekends and holidays for sick visits.Having healthcare providers working when you need them should not be overlooked and one of the reasons we drive past dozens of pediatrician’s too often closed offices and will remain with Fox Chase Pediatricians.The doctors are very professional and knowledgeable. Their Doctors have caught infections and treated the unique conditions of each of my children. Their front desk and office staff are equally as dependable, friendly and always looking to help ensure that your child gets the best care in the area. I absolutely love this office. The hours are awesome. I never have an issue making an appointment for my children that works with my schedule. The office staff is amazing and have gone above and beyond to help me in a few instances. The doctors are compassionate and always seem to really care. The nurse practitioner is just as awesome as the doctors.

Everyone here is very helpful. Always able to get same say emergency appointment when our little one is ill. I owe so much to Dr. Flynn. One parenting win was finding him as our pediatrician. We love this place and are so grateful for their care.

Great Doctors Great staff

The staff is always so friendly and we've been seeing Dr Flynn for years, but we have met and seen the other providers, too. My kids like going to see him when its time to go. My kids dont like shots, but when they need them they have always had good experiences. Anyone looking for a good pediatric office would be delighted to be a patient here!

FCP is Always Professional, Polite, Informative and Thorough. My 3 children have been their since birth. My children are all now over 18 as of 2026. I will Miss Everyone! I can not say enough Positive things about the Office Team and Doctors. Thank You ALL for Everything You Do Every Day. You are ALL Greatly Appreciated!!
